Non-Returnable Product
Due to food safety reasons, all products sold by Smilest are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. -
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 to 30 business days and issued to the original payment method via our third-party payment processor.
